This online training course on pre-eclampsia consists of 2 modules and forms part of APEC’s larger learning programme: Hypertensive Disorders of Pregnancy: Treating and Diagnosing Pre-eclampsia, HELLP and associated conditions.
In this course Dr Kate Harding discusses postnatal care following pre-eclampsia. By completing this module, participants will gain a clear understanding of short to medium term care, psychological support, contraception, risks in future pregnancy, other long term health risks and sources of support.
This course consists of a short 20 minute presentation with a test consisting of multiple choice assessment questions. It also includes a short online feedback form that will take you 1 – 2 minutes to complete.

This is a 30 minute course for online learning. It consists of a narrated YouTube video with visuals and graphics. It is clear with good CPD value. After watching the video, the learner takes a short test of multiple-choice questions. You will need to achieve a pass mark of 80% to receive your course certificate.
