This online training course on pre-eclampsia consists of 2 modules and forms part of APEC’s larger learning programme: Hypertensive Disorders of Pregnancy: Treating and Diagnosing Pre-eclampsia, HELLP and associated conditions.
Dr Lizemarie Wium explains the different types of hypertension in pregnancy and how to manage the most severe. This easy to follow guide is essential for all clinicians caring for pregnant women. The course consists of a 30 minute presentation (we encourage you to make notes) followed by 6 multiple choice questions. It also includes a short online feedback form that will take you 1 – 2 minutes to complete.

After watching the video, the learner takes a short test of multiple-choice questions. You will need to achieve a pass mark of 80% to receive your course certificate.
